Ptyx, the Pataphysic TTRPG

Welcome to Encyclopedia, a world stacked on top of itself and ruled by the logic of dreams, in this place where there is no real "outside", each door and window can lead you into an entirely new, unexplored, realm. In here, it is the collective consciousness of its inhabitants that crafts the very fabric of reality, therefore there is no wish that cannot be fulfilled, as long as one is owed the right favors, says the right words, or simply does the required paperwork.

In this TTRPG, you will delve into this extraordinary realm, where every thought and concept holds immense power. Assume the role of Storyteller and develop scenarios and encounters, setting the larger context for one or more game sessions; or embody a Bookworm, one of the many inhabitants of Encyclopedia, capable of changing reality with your thoughts alone. 

Craft your own identity within the vast tapestry of Encyclopedia, choose your strengths, quirks, and approaches to navigating this world of ideas. Join a faction and master the power of "meaning": words and concepts are your weapons and tools, learn to manipulate them to overcome challenges, build your status and wield your influence. Perform and oppose actions that will allow you to bend reality, question all fundamental truths and change this world beyond recognition.

Ptyx explores the "things that exist in absence. The reflection in an empty room, the unheard sound of a falling tree – these are the whispers of Ptyx, influencing the ever-shifting world of Encyclopedia. Bienvenido a Encyclopedia, un mundo que se construye sobre si mismo y regido por la lógica de los sueños, en este lugar donde no existe un "afuera" real, cada puerta y ventana puede conducirte a un reino completamente nuevo e inexplorado. Aquí, es la conciencia colectiva de sus habitantes la que crea el tejido mismo de la realidad, por lo tanto, no hay deseo que no pueda cumplirse, siempre y cuando a uno se le deban los favores correctos, diga las palabras adecuadas o simplemente haga el papeleo requerido.

En este TTRPG, profundizarás en este reino extraordinario, donde cada pensamiento y concepto tiene un poder inmenso. Asume el papel de Narrador y desarrolle escenarios y encuentros, estableciendo el contexto más amplio para una o más sesiones de juego; o encarna a un ratón de biblioteca, uno de los muchos habitantes de Encyclopedia, capaz de cambiar la realidad sólo con tus pensamientos.

Crea tu propia identidad dentro del vasto tapiz de la Enciclopedia, elige tus fortalezas, peculiaridades y enfoques para navegar en este mundo de ideas.
